 For Canadian orders a $2.50 per queen surcharge applies
Orders less than 50 queens must be paid in full at time of ordering. All others require a 25% deposit at time of ordering and the balance is due two weeks prior to shipping. Queen prices do not include shipping and handling. Queens are not clipped. Add $1.00 per queen for marking.

Queen orders of 25 or less will be caged in 3-hole cages. Only orders of 25 and up are shipped in California mini cages. JzBz cages are also available upon request.

Shipping will be via USPS (for orders of 20 and less) or UPS (for orders of 1-100).  Shipping is 1-100 in 3-hole cages or 25-100 in minis. Shipping cost will be determined at time of order. 

UPS shipments of lives are not insurable and queens shipped via UPS are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Replacement of queens is at the discretion of Strachan Apiaries, Inc. UPS shipments cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

US Postal Service shipments are insured. Examine the contents immediately for any queens received in poor condition or dead. Should either of these conditions occur, immediately notify your post office and then call our office within 24 hours. You will need to obtain a US Postal claim form 1000; fill it out, have verified and signed by your post office and send to us. We will complete and file it for you. Remember replacement queen orders will not be shipped until full payment is made.

When your shipment of queens arrives, open immediately and attend to them.  DO NOT bank queens in the shipping box.

CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 48 HOURS BEFORE SHIPMENT DATE.
